Meeting and directing citizens to service windows during the work of DOST centers, participation in the management of citizen flow, queues, informing citizens, assistance in the use of electronic systems, familiarization of citizens with the list of Service documents, various questionnaires, forms, etc. volunteers have an undeniable service in filling out assistance, special attention and care to persons with disabilities, conducting opinion polls and many other works. Thanks to this activity, young people both increase their work experience and gain the ability to work with particularly vulnerable segments of the population.
Volunteer activity in DOST Agency is organized in 3 directions: "Young DOST", "Silver DOST" and "Distant DOST" subroutines.
Young people aged 16-29 can participate in the "Young DOST" subprogram. The duration of volunteer activity is 2 months and the work process is organized into 3 shifts per day. The Young DOST subprogram is useful for volunteers in terms of having a role in socially important activities, acquiring business skills, personal development, effective leisure time, making new friends, relationships and the first successful steps in their careers.
