The State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations reminds that volunteering is not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, it is a socially useful and unprofitable activity related to the performance of work or provision of services. Voluntary activities in the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations are mainly organized in the following areas:
- Internship in the departments and sectors of the Office, as well as regional offices;
- To study the work experience of relevant departments;
- To get acquainted with the legislative framework regulating state-religion relations in Azerbaijan;
- Participate in the process of organizing regional conferences, seminars-meetings, seminars-trainings held by the State Committee in Baku and regions;
- To directly participate in the reception of citizens;
Volunteering is for 2 months.
The State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan will issue special certificates to each young person who has successfully completed his / her contractual obligations after 2 months as a volunteer, which will be an opportunity for them to successfully transition to employment.
The following requirements have been set for young people wishing to volunteer:
