Seminars-trainings have been launched within the project "Social activity and development of students in educational institutions". The first trainings have been given start in Ganja, the ancient city of Azerbaijan. 65 students have been trained so far at Ganja State University and Azerbaijan State Agrarian University.

It should be noted that at the beginning of the project, meetings have been held with students from a number of universities, who applied to the IEPF and have been involved by the organization, and issues have been selected to help solve their interests and problems. The trainings held in Ganja have been organized by IEPF President, author of a number of international projects, well-known journalist Umud Mirzayev within his presentation named “Proper choice and Evaluation of Career” as well as the Vice President of the IEPF Gunel Gozelova within her presentation named “How to write a CV and successfully pass interview” have aroused the interest of students.

They have discussed the ways to build their careers, where to start first, how to determine where they can go, how to study the labour market, as well as the importance of presenting themselves properly in personal and professional life, what nuances to pay attention to, and speech styles in interviews with employers. The most important points, the ones that are important to make a good first impression, the importance of the CV, how to present it have been instructed to the participating students.

In addition, the project "Social activity and development of students in educational institutions" implemented by the International Eurasia Press Fund, winner of the grant competition "Support to public initiatives for the development of education" announced by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, continues successfully. The main goals of the project are to improve and develop them, as well as to involve them in community service with a sense of social responsibility. Another goal of the project is to create a sense of friendship and fellowship among students and strengthen communication.
