Every person has the right to freely choose an activity, profession, occupation and place of work on the basis of his skills and abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The following shall be authorized by the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>employment, social and economic rights of employees and employers in the sphere of labor relations on the basis of the appropriate legal norms and a minimum level of proper guarantees relating to said rights;<\/li><li>Principles and procedures ensuring the right to employment, rest and work under safe and healthy conditions and to other basic human rights and freedoms as stipulated in Section Two of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan;<\/li><li>Regulations governing the rights and obligations of employees and employers, including relevant national government bodies with respect to the execution, amendment, or termination of employment agreements and the protection of the rights of parties to these agreements, shall be defined pursuant to the principles of human rights and freedoms provided by the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and international treaties and agreements signed or supported by the Republic of Azerbaijan, conventions of the International Labor Organization and other international laws.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Labor_Code_of_the_Republic_of_Azerbaijan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FULL VERSION (PDF)<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131 Konstitusiyas\u0131n\u0131n 35-ci madd\u0259sin\u0259 \u0259sas\u0259n \u0259m\u0259k f\u0259rdi v\u0259 ictimai rifah\u0131n \u0259sas\u0131d\u0131r.
