Trainings within the project "Social activity and development of students in educational institutions" have ended. It should be noted that at the beginning of the project, in the meetings with students from a number of universities, who applied to the IEPF and were involved by us, issues that will help solve their interests and problems were selected as topics for the training phase.

The last trainings were held at the Baku Higher Oil School with the participation of 82 students. The latest trainings held at BHOS were presented by the vice-president of IEPF, well-known TV journalist Gunel Gozalova on “The right choice of career. What to do when job opportunities are limited ? , the author of a number of international projects, head of the Program Department of the Fund Khudaverdi Guliyev, presented “Project writing and management”.

They will talk about ways to build their careers, where to start first, how to determine where they can go, how to study the labor market, as well as the importance of presenting themselves properly in personal and professional life, what nuances to pay attention to, and speech styles in interviews with employers. The most important points are instructed in the direction of what is important to do to make a good first impression. Students were also trained in project documentation, budget planning, local and international project writing rules, project management and time allocation, implementation plan, project evaluation criteria and accountability, risks in the implementation process and their management.

In addition, the project "Social activity and development of students in educational institutions" implemented by the International Eurasia Press Fund, winner of the grant competition "Support to public initiatives for the development of education" announced by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, continues successfully. The main goals of the project are to improve and develop them, as well as to involve them in community service with a sense of social responsibility. Another goal of the project is to create a sense of friendship and fellowship among students and strengthen communication.

The project was launched in January, and a working team has been formed. There was an exchange of views on a number of issues of interest to students in accordance with their wishes. The topics of the trainings will be “Speech in front of the audience. Speech culture ”,“ How to write a CV, how to pass an interview? Self-presentation ”,“ Correct selection and assessment of career opportunities ”,“ Development of digital skills. Cybersecurity ”,“ What to do especially when job opportunities are limited? Steps that young people should take in an extreme situation! ”,“ Students and their rights ”.

Təlimlər Bakı Dövlət Universiteti, Sumqayıt Dövlət Universiteti, Gəncə Dövlət Universiteti, Azərbaycan Dövlət Aqrar Universiteti (Gəncə), Bakı Slavyan Universiteti, Azərbaycan Dövlət Pedaqoji Universiteti, Azərbaycan Dövlət İqtisad Universiteti, Azərbaycan Turizm və Menecment Universitetində, Azərbaycan Dövlət Neft və Sənaye Universitetində, Bakı Ali Neft Məktəbində və Beynəlxalq Avrasiya Mətbuat Fondunun mərkəzi ofisində baş tutub. Ümumilikdə təlimlərdə 904 tələbə iştirak edib.

To make our work more accessible to students and to ensure transparency of accountability, a website "telebexidmet.az" was created and a website was developed. A meeting was held with Elnur Nasibov, Adviser to the Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan within the project. During the meeting, the project and the site were presented, and a report on the work done was given.

At the same time, an online meeting was held with the participation of Elvin Rustamov, Head of the Education Development Programs Department, Vusala Aliyeva, Acting Head of the Research and Innovation Sector, officials of the International Eurasian Press Foundation and other officials. The importance of the project and the work done were brought to the attention of the report meeting, questions were answered around the report and a detailed exchange of views on issues of mutual interest was held.

The first trainings started in Ganja, the ancient city of Azerbaijan.
